Christian Gesche is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Multimedia Australia and a director of five companies with interests across technology, publishing, property and other sectors. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, he has played a strategic role in launching, growing and digitally transforming more than 300 brands, with experience across media, IT, streaming and online platforms.
His work centres on brand development, audience growth, digital platforms and commercial strategy, with direct experience overseeing large-scale publishing environments comprising more than 1.2 million content pages. Christian has worked with businesses across entertainment, music, film and television, radio, fashion, software, technology and engineering, combining creative direction with the systems, infrastructure and organisational discipline required to build brands at scale.
Christian founded and leads a South East Queensland property platform providing buyers, sellers and property owners with extensive market information, suburb intelligence, property analysis and practical guidance. He has directed the platform’s strategy, technology, publishing operations, audience development and regional coverage from the ground up, establishing a substantial digital resource for communities throughout South East Queensland. Based on its current growth trajectory, the platform is estimated to reach more than one million unique users within its first 12 months.
His background in media, technology, brand development and audience growth supports a distinctive approach to real estate, combining established corporate experience with deep involvement in property information, market analysis and digital publishing. Christian holds a Full Real Estate Agent Licence in Queensland and has a particular interest in property presentation, marketing strategy, client service and residential sales across both prestige and mainstream markets. He balances executive leadership with a preference for remaining closely involved in the practical, client-facing work of a business.
Earlier in his career, Christian worked within a screen agency in the film and television industry. In the early 2000s, Multimedia Australia developed multi-award-winning Web development software and digital solutions that contributed to emerging industry standards during the formative years of the Internet.
